To celebrate the accomplishments and growth of Roller Cookie Club (RCC) members while fostering a fun, inclusive, and friendship-oriented environment.

Objectives:
Provide a rewarding and enjoyable end-of-year experience for RCC students.
Showcase the skills and progress of students.
Foster a sense of community and sportsmanship among participants.
Attract new members to RCC.
Generate positive publicity for the club.

Event Program:
9:00 AM - 9:10 AM: Registration and Warm-up
9:10 AM - 10:10 AM: Game 1 (B and C)
10:10 AM - 11:10 AM: Game 2 (B and A)
11:10 AM - 11:30 AM: Closing

GAME A

1. Roller Marathon (1.34km per round), Click here! (video clips)

: Beginner to intermediate(1-2 rounds), Intermediate to advanced(2-3 rounds)

Tips: Warm-up to prepare your body, Keep hydration before,during, and after the marathon, safety gears, Start a moderate pace and gradually increase your speed, Stay positive an encourage yourself throughout the marathon.

2. Uphill Sprint Challenge (30m); Start at the bottom of the slope to the top.

Tips: Maintain a forward lean to propel yourself uphill. Use strong, powerful strokes as well as your arm swings to generate momentum. Focus on controlled breathing to manage your energy.

  1. 2 legs fish (10 cones @ service road)

  2. 1 leg fish ( 10 cones), only above intermediate level

  3. Fun games ( carry the bean bag, ball, etc. @ service road)

  4. Roller Hockey( Beginner/intermediate @ Service road)

    (Intermediate/advanced @ Fitness corner)

  5. Shuttle run (with obstacles @ Fitness corner)

1. Grass stop; gliding onto a grassy surface and seeing how far you can go before coming to a stop.

Tips: Lean back slightly to avoid tipping forward, wider scissor stance.

2. Zigzag Rallying; skating through the seven sharp turns, creating a zigzag pattern. Test your agility, speed, and control on skates.

Tips: Spend time practicing and maintaining balance. Prioritize smooth transitions and controlled movements.
